Ross Crowe, Real Estate Investment Leader and Innovator, Joins The Impresa Group

Ross Crowe and The Impresa Group will affiliate with Windermere, one of the largest brokerage firms in the Western US. Crowe will be a member and director of The Impresa Group’s International Capital Markets Group, which provides real estate investment and advisory services to the company’s most sophisticated clients.

Crowe, a 28-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry joins The Impresa Group from Grubb & Ellis Company, where he was a senior vice president of Asset Management overseeing a Texas and Kansas Portfolio.  He has successfully directed or completed transactions valued in excess of $1 billion  over his long career, including more than $100 million since 2007, often in tough economic conditions. All in all, some 400 transactions have been completed successfully in his 28 year career. 

His past client list is a veritable “who’s who” of leading institutions, which has included: Bank of America Trust, US Bank CRE, Pacific Western Bank, CalNational Bank, First Bank of Oak Park, Regency Savings Bank, San Diego National Bank, Wells Fargo Trust, The Lowenthal Family Trust,  Lennar, KennedyWilson, Trizec and RCMI. Ross has served as a Court Appointed Receiver for various California Courts on behalf of lending institutions and is known as one of California’s top expert witnesses in the field of investment and commercial real estate.
